A WhatsApp business inbox your whole team can use
Customers message you wherever suits them. Connect your own accounts and answer WhatsApp, SMS, Messenger, Telegram and website chats from one screen.
The trouble with one phone and many apps
Messaging is easy for customers, but it is awkward to run as a team.
- WhatsApp lives on one person's phone, so messages wait when they are off.
- Staff flick between apps, and a message gets missed in one of them.
- There is no record of who replied or what was promised.
- Past conversations leave with the person who held the phone.

How one inbox fixes it
You connect accounts you already control. Your team then answers from the same place as your website chats.
WhatsApp Business (Cloud API)
Connect your own WhatsApp Business account through the Cloud API. See all the channels.
SMS via Twilio
Connect your own Twilio account to handle SMS conversations in the inbox.
Facebook Messenger and Telegram
Add your own Messenger and Telegram accounts too.
Shared working
Assign, transfer and tag conversations, and leave private notes, whichever channel they came from.
Shortcuts and translation
Use your saved replies on every channel, and translate messages when you need to.

Worked example: a booking change by text
A customer texts a small business to change an appointment while the owner is out.
The text arrives in the inbox
Because SMS is connected through the business's own Twilio account, the message appears for the whole team.
Whoever is free picks it up
A colleague at their desk sees it, assigns it to themselves and replies from the same screen.
A note records the outcome
They leave a private note so the owner can see what was agreed.
The history stays put
Next time this customer gets in touch, the team can find the earlier conversation.
This is an illustration of how the features fit together, not a real customer story.
