Why we built it
Talking to customers should not depend on your budget
Talking to a customer while they are on your website is one of the simplest ways to help them. It should not depend on the size of your budget or how many people are on your team.
That is why the free plan includes all live-chat features, unlimited agents and unlimited chats. The only thing you pay for is removing the small branding link, and that is optional.
