How do I add the chat to my website?
Paste a one-line snippet into your site. If you do not have a website, you can use a chat page instead, which is a hosted link for chat with no website needed.
Can agents answer from a phone?
Agents use an installable web app, which you can add to your device from the browser. Browser notifications and sound let them know when a chat comes in.
Which channels can I connect?
Alongside the website widget, you can connect your own Telegram, WhatsApp Business (Cloud API), Facebook Messenger and SMS via Twilio accounts.
Where is my data hosted?
On a server in Europe, with nightly encrypted backups. You also get GDPR export and delete tools, and data retention settings.
